Comes as the Bees created it. The little football-shaped pallets are straight off the bees pollen basket and are only gently dried. The flavour of our pollen is a little nutty with a hint of flower and very earthy. It is very enjoyable on the palette, however in many things that you have it in such as smoothies, veggie juices etc you would not notice it. In yoghurt and herbal teas, it gives a very nice earthiness to the taste.

Our Bee pollen comes from WA and is Jarrah, Redgum or a mixture of those and Blackwood.
