Our Mallee honey is a light amber honey with a smooth texture and mild, floral taste with buttery undertones. Its gentle sweetness and soft eucalyptus notes make it one of the most versatile Australian honeys. Loved by many of our regular customers.

Our hand processed RAW HONEY is very special. If well looked-after it can last centuries. Always keep honey in dry, airtight glass containers. If crystallised, sit the jar in warm water until honey is runny.
