Our Teatree honey is sourced from the Tea Tree, this honey is from beautiful Byron Bay. Has a distinctive, rich flavour. Most people expect this honey to taste like tea tree oil, but no, it's a lighter floral plant. With strong caramel tones and is rich in taste. Has medicinal properties but is sold as part of our everyday range. The other name for teatree is Manuka.

Our hand processed RAW HONEY is very special. If well looked-after it can last centuries. Always keep honey in dry, airtight glass containers. If crystallised, sit the jar in warm water until honey is runny.
